I have led design teams for various customer engagements as well as played an individual contributor role of lead UX/Product designer in several large projects, involving design organizations, 3rd party design firms, and multiple teams from Enterprise customers. 

As lead UX/Product designer

• I've lead cross functional team across global locations. Played lead role in design conceptualization and execution as well as in conducting business needs analysis and solutions delivery.
• Facilitated workshops to define requirements, map future-state journeys, and collaborate on design through mockups and prototypes.
• Oversaw all aspects of User/Customer Experience from Discovery to Strategy to Insights Research to Functional and Visual Design.
•  User research - User study, Contextual enquiry, User Interview and Focus Group discussions, Persona & Scenario development. Identify and develop effective research methods and approaches that best meet biz and user needs in partnership with product, design and engineering teams.

Additionally played the role of Data Visualization and Business Intelligence Designer acquiring data analysis and visualization skills, including hands on development using Tableau visualization software and AWS QuickSight. 

As a Business Intelligence Designer demonstrated data visualization capabilities, consulting in both strategy and tactical directions.
