At JPMC played a pivotal key role of UX/UI design lead in the design conceptualization and execution as well as in conducting business needs analysis and solutions delivery for the many project deliverables.

Additionally, played the role of Business Intelligence Designer acquiring data analysis and visualization skills relevant to the role, including hands on development using Tableau visualization software. As a BI Designer, demonstrated data visualization capabilities, consulting in both strategy and tactical directions.

I was actively involved in a regular knowledge sharing forum with the BI team at Chase, sharing information and best practices and approaches in the Visualization techniques for data analytics in Credit Card, Auto, Home insurance and other lines of business at Chase.

At JP Morgan Chase, contributed in growing the JPMC account demonstrating deep understanding of the client’s business with success stories in managing UX design and delivery from requirements analysis to experience design to client satisfaction across multiple project initiatives.

Insights portal

Led the design and development of a Intelligence portal for Business Intelligence Group at Chase.

The analytics portal is currently used by data analysts to access Tableau dashboards for performing periodic analysis.

I was instrumental in the creative development of a BI Insights portal design and development, playing the role of a product owner for the requirements definition of an analytics portal, collaborating with BI teams, as well as leading in the design of the portal.  I was responsible for writing stories in Jira and in story detailing/planning.
