Your efforts in 2012 are continuing to extend and improve upon what are already industry leading applications in both Fee Disclosure and ERISA. These applications will continue to help our Plan Sponsors meet their regulatory commitments, serve our participants, and positively promote TIAA-CREF’s leadership and visibility.

Project initiatives led at TIAA-CREF
- Producer Portal
A TIAA-CREF Life Insurance portal development in collaboration with M Financials to provide personal risk management and financial planning services and solutions to high net-worth individuals structured for their unique needs.
The portal serves as a tool to participating member firms and its producers to meet their specific needs of serving their client base. Using role based security, it allows them access to information on the proprietary Insurance products, their market performance, and sales and marketing materials. It also allows them to view their Book of Business, and details of the commissions received. The portal contains tools and software that allow the producers to serve the unique estate planning needs of their clients.
- Retail Life and Annuity Portal
Built out of TC Life Retail product to support multiple sales channel and TC Life. products
- Secure Authentication
A Customer Protection / Secure Authentication technology program. This project focuses on implementing RSA, multifactor authentication solution for all TIAA secure websites.
