Puma’s sourcing organization, World Cat required a web based supply chain management system for managing the order information through its 13-stage production lifecycle.

GBS helped Puma to achieve three main objectives 

1. Share the fulfillment of information between World Cat and its suppliers and service providers
2. Provide near real-time view to its customers
3. Help manage order information through its 13-stage production
   lifecycle
   

Product Information Database (PID)

PID is the heart of the entire application landscape as the PID is used by several other applications like Order Management & Fulfillment application (GBS), Planning & Forecasting, and ERP systems of Puma’s subsidiaries

• Project Management of the creative development - defining and implementing usability and UI design standards
• Establishing the architectural basis for system usability in partnership with the functional consultants
  
• Writing user guides and help modules
